launder is measured by leaser. The tipping speed is controllable in order to

altemated control between furnace and molten aluminum temperature and
accurate temperature control.
****The furnace pressure is closed-loop controlled. We apply Rosemount's
differential pressure transmitter and pneumatic control damper, which could
ensure the tiny positive pressure within the furnace.
***** The furnace door is designed with dust collecting cover, and the furnace
is also installed with a separate exhaust fan to discharge the dust more thoroughtly.
